The Appraisal Process: Full Transparency
-
We audit your policy to confirm eligibility. A $500 deposit retains our services. Our total fee is $1,500, due at the time of signing the award letter, regardless of outcome, ensuring no conflict of interest, complete impartiality.
-
We conduct an objective, impartial, line-by-line damage assessment using industry-standard software to convert your claim into defensible data.
-
We present our findings to the carrier's independent appraiser to bridge the settlement gap. A legally binding award letter is drafted once resolution is reached.
-
If an agreement cannot be reached between both independent appraisers, we involve a neutral Umpire.
We advocate for our valuation before this third party, whose decision, when signed by any two of the three, concludes the dispute.
Finalizing: Upon signing the award letter, the $1,000 balance is due.
-
Fee is for professional services and is due regardless of final claim outcome.
We work exclusively for you, not the insurance carrier or public adjuster.
