With two decades of experience as an independent field and desk adjuster, Joshua has navigated property insurance claims from cradle to grave. Trained by one of the greatest minds in the industry, Joshua developed an absolute fluency in policy, functioning with the precision of a machine. Having served as a lead in specialty documentation departments and managed claims across the U.S. and Canada since 2004, he brings an unmatched depth of "insider" expertise to your corner. He knows exactly where carriers hide their tactics, and he knows exactly how to expose them. For Joshua, the principle is simple: if it isn't documented, it never happened. He prepares every file with such extreme attention to detail that insurance adjusters have every reason to be afraid of the appraisal process.

Danielle and Joshua met in 2019 on a deployment in Dallas-where Danielle was a field adjuster and Joshua led a specialty documentation team.
